Michelle Duncan – Director of Operations

Over 10 years’ experience in education, along with a demonstrable history of working in the further education management industry.

Driven by challenges and always wanting to stretch to the next level. Having had the opportunity to support and manage a range of large Levy contracts, working closely with senior management team, to identify areas of improvement and implementing strategical plans where necessary changes are needed.

Identifying and mitigating any risks and produce reports when requested, in a timely manner.

Having built positive working relationships and presented data relating to targets and success rates, delivery plans and models, as well as attending contract review meetings.

Developed and implemented quality assurance procedures, vastly improving internal audits on student’s achievement and teachers’ performance (Programme Area Leader)
